Cthe issue rn is largely that the billing migration has caused a lot of issues and the billing dept is super overwhelmed
Ceven besides that though they've been consistently moving away from offering support/putting more onto the community. Pro and Business used to have Support SLOs, now neither of them do
Cif you exclude the current billing stuff then you just have the stuff I said in my second message
Cwell I def wouldn't upgrade to Pro for support, just for the features
Cyea I mean if it's an actual wide issue with the product you're best off reporting on socials like here and someone will escalate, and more scoped things you can't fix are billing or account based stuff which you can ticket for even on free

Thow do I add a ssl certificate from cloudflare ( the free one ) onto a website thats hosted elsewhere and bought elsewhere?
CCloudflare gives you Origin Server Certificates (SSL/TLS -> Origin Server) which you can use on your origins behind Cloudflare Proxy just like any other trusted cert
CYou can't download the universal that is publicly trusted from them though, that's edge only

ISo you need to change your nameservers. But then after you change your nameservers, you can add an A/AAAA record to point Cloudflare to your server.

IYou need to change the NS records. Then once those are changed to Cloudflare, you can add A/AAAA records.
IWithout changing your NS records, Cloudflare cannot handle traffic/do SSL.
IUsually your host may give you an IP address or a CNAME record that you'll need to add after changing your NS.

IYou'll need to add your Cloudflare NS records to your registrar (for example, Squarespace, Namecheap, Porkbun, AWS Route 53, etc). Once those have been added (replacing any existing ones), Cloudflare will allow you to add DNS records from the Cloudflare dashboard, pointing it back to where it was.

ISRG Root X1 (E6) but customer trust cert my service via ISRG Root X2 until yesterday customer can't access to my service
Im sent ISRG Root X1 to customer immediately for re-trusted cert it work. Why this issue happen ?
I think it can be use becuz X1 , X2 it cross-sign chain
I use cloudflare to provide letencrypt certificate, mean that cloudflare does provide only Let's Encrypt E6 Cross-signed by ISRG Root X1 and not provide E6 signed by ISRG Root X2 ?
