probably because youre used to how gnome does it. the most common way to do it is to spawn new windows on the monitor where the cursor is. gnome instead spawns it where the last focused window is (having focus follow the cursor as a workaround will introduce other funny issues)
and tbh, awesomewm was probably the best i had, workflow was perfect. my only 2 gripes with it no wayland support obviously and i had to be my own DE caretaker
HikariKnight hopefully a quick question, you had a problem with ReBar and you were stuck on an old version of Bazzite a while back. What version were you stuck on? I'm trying to help someone that is having weird performance issues, want to see if that version performs better. Edit nevermind, found it, May 2 image.
