Ctrying to evade it is really silly. I'm not sure what will happen to the old appeal, you should be getting a message when you try to add it if it's failing, something like:
The hostname is part of a banned domain. This web property cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Otherwise, please email abusereply@cloudflare.com with the name of the web property and a detailed explanation of your association with this web property.You could try reaching out to abusereply with the same info just in case

HI mean, I've had abuse complaints before that were handled much better. I thought they would take down the Cloudflare Pages project, not literally ban our root url

EI suspect you would have been able to change hosting provider if you had set a DNS-only record
CRegardless there's nothing anyone in here can do about it, no one from T&S or anything like that, they're in their own black box/department. Most we can do is try to help explain their actions and your options

EAlso you would find that Cloudflare's terms allow them to restrict or remove anyones service for any reason they deem necessary - provided the domain is not registered at Cloudflare (from context i assume not), you have full portability and can change those nameservers to wherever you want to host without Cloudflare even if the zone is removed and banned.

Poh ok gotcha, so still use a worker, instantly send back the response and setup a waitUntil for all the background stuff

EMake sure you run the waitUntil before you return the response, the function you pass will keep running even after the response is done

EThis varies by the rules of the TLD, there isn't really anything you can do
ECloudflare redacts everything it can but if the TLD says that something cant be redacted then well it cant redact it
Eif the field is still optional you can try just removing it and making it tied to your personal identity instead, but unsure what legal consequences that might hold for your org
CYup, if you want a CA domain you have to identify yourself.
