Make sure you run the waitUntil before you return the response, the function you pass will keep running even after the response is done

Cloudflare redacts everything it can but if the TLD says that something cant be redacted then well it cant redact it

if the field is still optional you can try just removing it and making it tied to your personal identity instead, but unsure what legal consequences that might hold for your org

You want a domain that has WhoIS privacy included. It's part of the TLD as stated the requirements to owning such domain.

A .com domain may stay private to public, but a .ca domain would require you to be known (no privacy).
