Anyone have any ideas on how to fix an issue I'm having with sunshine installed from the portal.

Logs for sunshine says

Error: couldn't connect to pulseaudio: Access denied
Warning: There will be no audio
Error: Unable to initialize audio capture. The stream will not have audio.

Obviously it's resulting in no audio within sunshine. What's weird is it was working fine yesterday.

Since I installed sunshine via the portal, I'm not totally sure how to proceed with troubleshooting. Any ideas?

I converted to Linux on my PC with Bazzite about two weeks ago.
I have issues with an essential software, Synergy.
It's a software KVM, and I've searched here and saw some mentions of it, but not with much helpful information.
I can run the software, and it works, but only in X11 because they haven't implemented Wayland support yet.

I did see input-leap mentioned when I searched, which is a fork of barrier, which is a fork of Synergy.
It does seem promising, but the development seems very slow and they don't have flatpak support.
My only option to install it would be via rpm, so I'm not exactly thrilled to do that just to see if it's going to work.
I attempted to install it in an ubuntu box in distrobox, but it wouldn't work that way, and my assumption is due to missing Wayland libraries and because it's using the host DE? I'm still a novice and just guessing here.

Anyway, I'm hoping someone here might know something else I could try.
Synergy is something I've been using for years because I work from home and it lets me seamlessly control both my PC and my work computer.
It's vital for me, sadly.
And I can just use X11, but that's not ideal, for a few reasons.

yepp, synergy requires x11. Try input leap. It's what we have on bluefin/aurora

I really wish it had a flatpak.
It seems like they had one at one time, but decided to hold off until the "3.0" release, which has been a few years in the making.
It looks basically identical to Synergy.
No issues using it, though?

I have a hardware KVM, it's what I had before I found Synergy.
That would be an absolute last resort for me.
