WThere's speculation, that they declared the 12nm peak as a combination of both motors , β (9Β²+9Β²)=12,72 Nm 
DI have the rhino, so I know what I expect and so far only the rhino offers the best features for the price

Anot to totally defend moza here, but it's possible it was just an overzealous moderator that misinterpreted the communication. regardless of whether they make something as good as the rhino or not, it's in general great validation for brands to start getting into this market, it will drive competition and hopefully eventually drive prices down
Aimo we should be welcoming of all competition and nudging them gently to be better if we think they can be

JI give Moza benefit of the doubt because its their entry into the flight sim market, and their sim racing road to get to where they are today has been bumpy but without that perseverance and success they wouldn't be in a position to enter the flight sim market, and the reality is everyone who already knows stuff knows what will and won't work with it (at the very least from a basic will it connect without an adapter standpoint)
And I also suspect they didn't hire a flight sim expert to handle social media and answer questions about their flight sim products, and are using existing staff to handle that stuff, so some mistakes here and there are inevitable.
Regardless, time will tell, and it is only a matter of time, some 4-6 weeks for pre orders, til we see if they can walk the walk.

Pwould there be any benefit to using a physical H plate with the software stops too?
JOne thing that could be done for giggles is look at the kitbash ffb shifter, or the diy kit equivalent, and see what is used for those
Obviously the right tool for the job is preferred, but maybe an acceptable compromise on motor type to have something functional for both is possible
