i think the newest cards might be abit spotty, i believe we have 1 issue in with someone having wifi issues with a wifi 6, 6E or 7 card (tbh i cant keep track of the different revisions these days on the client side)
and from experience that gets sorted out with a kernel update when it comes to intel wifi at least (cant give ETAs for that)
Hello, guys! I have the following issue - I am using Xp-pen Artist Pro 12. I did a quick google search - there are rpm-based fedora drivers for it, in order for it to work and funcion properly. However, as far as I am aware, Bazzite is an immutable distro. I did search the store, but could not find the drivers. My question is - am I approaching the issue wrong and if so, how can I work this out? On that note, have any of you stumbled uppon the same/simular issue and if so, how did you resolve it? Thank you in advance!
Download drivers, software, and manuals for your XPPen Artist 12 Pro pen display, compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux platforms. Get started quickly with your XPPen tablet.
Ok so what you can do is you can download the RPM driver, copy it's file path and then run rpm-ostree install file/path/hererpm-ostree install file/path/here
Once you reboot your machine, the driver will be layered. Just note that it won't be automatically updated (Because you're layering from a file) so just check for updates every so often. Although I'm assuming it doesn't get them very often seeing as the last driver was october 2023. Let me know if you have any other questions!
If it's something driver related I default to layering. Distrobox may work and if it was my tablet I might try it, but I don't wanna mess new people around.
