VIt's fine
VUser (as it implies) is a flatpak installed to the user, so only that specific user can use it. System is system-wide. Usually there's no difference between them except for that.
VAnd just to be clear, using one over the other will never cause issues. Some apps prefer to be installed as system (I believe GPU Screen Recorder used to do this) but it's just the case of uninstalling it as user and re-installing as system.
MGPU screen recorder still prefers system but that’s a rarity in Flatpaks
JIn this case I'm installing Retrodeck, and I am more concerned about the fact that maybe there are some hardcoded locations that need to be on the "deck" user folder and things like that
VThe app would find them either way assuming it NEEDS them
VTypically flatpaks install stuff to their own folder

RHey I've got several questions for anyone who wants to help me. So I've seen on the doc something about a GRUB menu on startup, but I've never seen this menu. Is there a key I need to press at boot to access it or something? Also, how can I tell what version of Bazzite my system is currently running? I'd like to know if my system updated to 3.5.0. I've been told I'd be notified on boot once an update happens, but I've also never seen this menu/notification either.
