desktop is automatic, handhelds are gaming mode (Steam will check for updates but not auto-apply them)

I suspect the VR situation on Linux will get dramatically better in the near future as a certain piping-themed company starts investing more into it

SELinux, if you install something yourself or run bad apps with permissions though there's really nothing there helping you

Parity between GNOME and KDE on Bazzite would be great, but one annoying thing with GNOME is that Mutter doesn't do the Layer Shell Protocol, which makes the Discord overlay not work.
