BAN for no reason please help

hallo, a few days ago i got a perm ban for a 3e party software,if never cheated or had anything like that installed and riot games doesnt do anything it just tells me to wait 3/4 days and if been waiting but nothing, valorant means alot to me and if met good people, can anyone help me or give any kind off advise

You have to wait 3/4 days, if you don’t get a response, then submit a new ticket, but that rarely happens. They will most likely reply to your first ticket opened and will tell you the reason behind your ban, if things don’t go in your favor; riot will apply a VAN 152 (120 Days HWID ban) and permanently restrict your account.

Tip: don’t log in to another account if you weren’t found legit, it will ban it automatically

They never gave me a reason sadly only that there was a suspision for a 3 party software what is deff not true , i have a new responds that they will keep there ban perm

And then its like , at least give me a reason not a "its prob bc" but nothing clear
