As far as I know absolutely nothing is collected. Only thing they know is how many images have been pulled.

no i didn’t get that far, i click the install button and nothing happens, the language and time disappears from the settings, i then crash if i try going into desktop mode or restarting soon after

i mean, it's kinda in the legal grey area? you're not breaking any laws (at least i haven't heard of any such cases) but you're definitely not following the TOS (and you're just kinda being a douche if you're doing that)

piracy is at least a straightforward process of copyright infringement, most people don't hold any odd justifications for it
