@halva but in windows if we don't add this virtual memory it gives virutal memory error in the game but I want to give a solid virtual memory to linux where can I do it
In the future, everyone will most likely develop and continue to develop technology, everyone will use 1000mbps, they will even attach chips to our brains, our brains will open gta 7.
In theory, a game could have a lot of stuff it might want to load, but doesn't necessarily need all of it super fast... But I guess you could also just make use of direct storage or just loading it when you need it instead of preloading it under that circumstance
not sure if there are many situations where preloading something into swap would be meaningfully different from just loading it from the hard drive when you need it
the easiest for the game is definitely bazzite because it installed my drivers and everything, I'll say something funny, even the vibration of my zero original ps2 arm worked, that's all. XDDD
i've got a weird issue: a few days ago i accidentally unplugged my usb sound card (soundblaster x3) and now everytime i start my computer the sound settings shows the adaptor but it doesn't produce any sound until i unplug the usb cable and plug it back in. dmesg doesn't tell me anything. y'all think that's the hardware itself or is there something else i could look at on my system to hunt down the issue?
