Pthe JIT can elide vtable lookups occasionally, and PGO also kicks in after a while in practice, but all of these are inconsistent optimisations that it's better to do the right thing for in the first instance anyway

Lone of the selling points, "migrating between servers" is a nightmare because instances can just disable the API endpoints which let you dump your local data, and not everything will be synced to other instancnes, so you cant get it from other instances either
