I haven't used Gnome in a long long time, but there should be an Updates tab in the Software Center right (like for Flatpaks)? I see Explore and Installed, but no Updates. I know

yeah I primarily use KDE on my desktops, I just have Gnome on my Steam Deck (bazzite-deck-gnome)

Right now I just have Platform updates, but I'm not seeing the updates show up in Gnome Software. I mean I can see Add-ons in the Installed tab but no indication of pending updates

Oh well I think I needed to do flatpak -u updateflatpak -u update for the user packages rather than system. Now it shows nothing to update because I had emudeck update my flatpaks already

I took that screenshot with no updates showing, after that I updated through Emudeck, and I noticed my Dolphin version changed, so I know there were updates

Tried to connect that controller via Bluetooth and it gets into some feedback loop and can’t permanently connect. It does give the option to wake from sleep, but not sure if that would work (Steam Deck edition on an HTPC here).

well idk what the issue was, but since I also had some strange issue with it asking for the password to the encrypted drive after the OS had been started and the drive already mounted, I decided on a total reinstall. naturally, that solved all the problems at once.

and since I offloaded stuff like vscode and obsidian to my NAS, there's not a lot to reinstall besides games. compare that to windows, where I would spend 8 hours getting everything set back up.

@Zeglius with ujust install-resolveujust install-resolve running into a couple of problems that are no doubt user error:

1) chmod: missing operand after ‘/tmp/davincibox_setup.sh’chmod: missing operand after ‘/tmp/davincibox_setup.sh’ I can chmod /tmp/davincibox_setup.sh/tmp/davincibox_setup.sh manually and then run the bash script directly, but not sure if doing that outside of ujust causes my later issue:

2) When I do that workaround, I get to the point where the davincibox initializes, but then I get this:

 is not a valid filename.
Re-run this script with a valid DaVinci Resolve installer.

I do have unzipped DaVinci_Resolve_18.6.6_Linux folder in my home/<user>/downloads folder.
