Aif there's already a ~/.local/share/Steam, should i remove that first?

Zits normal, we removed that from the installer, is disabled by default
Athis command didn't end up working, it kept both the old Steam and just made a copy called Steam_old
RBut it asks for root password when I try to install apps

ZI think not(?) is some weird amalgamation of yum that wraps rpm-ostree itself
Ajust replace anything you'd do with dnf/yum with rpm-ostree (same arguments otherwise, i.e. rpm-ostree install)
