COtherwise without the hack even on windows steam has a download speed of 50mbps if you are lucky. This hack makes steam use all of my available bandwidth

CI never could stick with coding classes long enough to learn. I just like settjng up and using software. I like having control but I don't want to have to build everything like with arch.
