Install the docker repos in

/etc

/etc

Then

sudo rpm-ostree install docker-ce

sudo rpm-ostree install docker-ce

Push to talk only works on Firefox (or probably Chrome too but I don't use Chrome) if you're clicked on the browser, however. But AFAIK with Wayland that's just the case in general with Discord
