Ok so I just tried going from desktop mode back to gaming mode and the AllyX went to black and hanged. So I powered off then back on and now I get this screen. Wtf?? All I did was extract an FSR mod for baldurs gate 3 into the game’s steam folder, then tried to go back to gaming mode.

Yeah I rebooted again and it’s normal. I tried to reduce volume during startup and I guess the reduce volume key got read as an input by Grub

UWP is an app format made literally to be as big of a pain in the ass as possible

WINE is the translation layer used to run Windows apps and games on Linux, and is what Proton is based on.
