Ri got a new monitor now i can use bazzite as a desktop again
Tgo into HHD and select the dualsense controller
Tgyro functionality only works with dualsense emulation, not xbox
SSomething really strange happened with the default Ubuntu font on my Bluefin-dx machine. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen the same. This is the banner in the text editor

ujust rebase-helper and switch to the :stable branch, that should sort it.Mthen just move the important files I want from one user to the other user

SIf the next command is safe, I'll run it: flatpak list --columns=application | xargs -I %s -- flatpak run --command=fc-cache %s -f -v
SSince I'm only seeing the issue in Calculator and Text editor, I'll stop after: flatpak run --command=fc-cache org.gnome.TextEditor -f -v

Mcould have the wrong subpixel layout in the font rendering settings

Jlike just drop a bunch of diffs, I suspect it'd get rid of subtle bugs like this one

KYou should not need launch options for GNOME
MBazzite only has RGB, BGR, VRGB, and VBRG
KEspecially for something as basic as font rendering
MI'm not even sure if the steam deck's subpixel layout is actually officially supported there
Mbut usually those settings don't cause massive issues
KIt's not supported on Steam OS either, they just turn off subpixel
KBut this is about an external monitor

KHave you checked your monitor settings? That looks like it could be one of those dynamic contrast things
KThe fonts look perfect in your screenshot so it's not a rendering problem

Raight i didn't have dynamic contrast on but turning down sharpness helped and i fiddled a few other things i'm not used to modern technology my old screen i just adjusted the color temp and gtg

PIs there any way to switch HHD to use the Steam icons in the UI (namely the menu button icon on the bottom left of SteamOS), while continuing to emulate the simple Xbox controller? Like if I switch it to "hidden" then it shows the Steam icons but of course then there is no controller lol. It's trivial I know, but is there a way to do it? I tried looking for a Decky app but couldn't find one.
