the only way you would be on an unsigned image is if you rebased from Fedora Silverblue/Kinoite

only two things i can think of for "dial tcp: i/o error" is the first DNS server your router gives is broken or your router is giving your device a IPv6 that isnt functional

On my PC that didn't work,but using the warp VPN on my phone and wifi hotspotting works
