there used to be ISOs on the github repo for each release and if you installed it from there, it would be an unsigned image now

install netcatnetcat, run resolvectlresolvectl, take "DNS ServersDNS Servers" from your current link on resolvectl's output and nc -v <ip> 53nc -v <ip> 53 and see if any thing that gets responded to never connects
