I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's literally all free stuff (Although I haven't looked into the different layouts or wallpapers) or it can at least all be near-enough recreated with FOSS software.

Making people, especially new or uneducated people, think that this is a unique thing that you offer is really shitty...
