Gok Something about me is making me frustrated but I'll calm down, maybe the problem is complex that it needs time, I'll probably do a reinstall once I get home but that's the thing I really don't want to resort to this (thus being the last resort)
VBazzite probably will get a cosmic image but that's not a promise and it probably won't be for a while.

VReinstalling steam basically just entails deleting /home/hmoore/.local/share/Steam/
VThe steam package itself is just an installer for steam, which installs everything there

VThis has EVERYTHING related to Steam. If you have anything you'd like to backup (games, prefixes, etc) do it now.

VIt will get rid of all of Steam's data. The next time you open it, it will reinstall.
VIt won't break it, there's nothing left to "break".
Ksteam is just a launcher, there's no steam files in the immutable image
Kdeleting ~/.local/share/Steam means it grabs everything fresh from Valve as it does on a new install

Aokay I resolved the touchpad menu not showing up by googling a command and that opened the menu to help me resolve my issue from earlier, but still don't know why it wouldn't give me the menu normally
