SI noticed that the HDR on the desktop works amazingly well with all apps (Including SDR ones.) seeming to fully make use of my display although HDR in game mode seems to be game-dependent with most stuff looking better in SDR and if I exit game mode with HDR enabled, The colors look messed up until I either go back into game mode or reboot.

SI actually had a similar issue but I think someone mentioned something about it earlier. Basically my 1440p180hz monitor renders at around 2x resolution (Something like 5000 by 2800) if my secondary 4k60 monitor is plugged in but switches to default if it's unplugged unless it's in game mode where it's capped to 170hz for some reason.

SThat is really odd. Is that for that particular television's EDID and info? My second and third monitors both run just fine at 60hz both on Bazzite and Windows.
SNot that I am aware of. All of my displays are running with either 100% or 150% scaling if I recall. I do have three screens (1440p180hzFALD, 4k60, 1080p60.) but haven't really done much testing. Currently using Windows right now but I can switch over to Bazzite later.
KWhat I'm saying is we don't apply any defaults to the display, game scope and KDE do what they do to figure out what your monitor is capable of
KLike if you have found a problem here and needed a fix, you would be opening an issue against KDE kWin or against GameScope

KThe only place that's different is on a handheld where we customize the internal display settings under the GameScope session

jumped back to game mode, some graphics glitching stayed on screen, tested a game to confirm 50hz cap
disconnected HDMI cable and reattached, now the display is actually running 4k60
the difference?
