I might have identified my issue, I'm port forwarding my Steam Deck to my cloud PC. When that video connection breaks, the port forwarding is still enabled. My deck isn't crashing because of the app, but because it doesn't know how to terminate the usb forwarding and dumps as a response.

Seem like a plausible hypothesis?
