At first glance, it looks like a problem with building the fonts package. Did Fedora change some thing about RPM build in that reproduceability change?

Seemingly it's a problem with chmod

not a dev, but would be possible to do this in ujust instead of a whole new app ? i feel at the same time a GUI would be nice, most "oficial" configuration happens in ujust,
