HSo what is the suggested settings for VP config then? Just leave it on my DCS-"defaults"?
WYeah, defaults should be fine. Since telemFFB takes control of the spring forces.
KDid someone use already the software "Axis and Ohs" for MSFS together with a Rhino? Does it work together? It looks really good to me.

DYep, 0 issue with this software. Easy to configure. And it complements streamdeck environments well
SI use SPAD which is similar. Just dont set up the joystick axes and itll be fine.
KBut the axis configuration is the one thing I want to do.

HGuys, you can DM the VP bot with your status and info requests. Just saying.
Jis this normal for pedals? (spring effect is greyed out, it repeats ID:1 and ID:5) and constant is greyed out. No game is running just the configurator.
NWith no game running you should only see effects 1-4 (whether they are started depends on your configurator settings). ID 5 and 6 were likely created by a game and never cleaned up (i.e. game crashed or didn't cleanup properly when it exited, etc..). You can re-plug the device and they should go away.
You can also use "Reset all effects" from the utilities menu in TelemFFB. Just make sure your doing it from the actual pedal instance window and not from the master/joystick window.

DI need help please. Just finished my build and tried plugging in and connecting it to the Configurator software. The stick is recognized and I can see the pot values change when I twist them, but I get no raw x or y values at all. The green lights are shining on the board, the motors, and I've verified correct 19.4VDC with my meter at the board supply. I tried doing the centering calibration but it still doesn't show any values for the axes. Bottom right corner says "Motor X: offline, Y: OK, and USB: connected". Rebooted PC and power cycled stick, reset config = same problem exists. WEbUSB tool recognizes the stick but doesn't require any firmware update and the axes indicators don't move. Triple-checked and everything is plugged into the board correctly. Here is a screenshot of my config page:

NDisable the y axis so the system knows is a single motor setup.
DIt's not a single motor setup. It's a regular DIY Rhino with two motors.
DUnless you mean like just for troubleshooting?

NLooking closer at your screenshot, it appears the issue is with the X motor connection. Double check the connection between the x motor and the control board?.
As a test I bet if you disabled the X axis, you would see data from the Y axis

DI will try that test. Then I will remove the base screws and check x (roll) motor connections. Back in a few.
DDisabling X and then calibrating gave some kind of values to the Y (instead of just blanks), but it was garbage jittering all over the place and didn't respond to axis motion at all. Will unscrew base bottom now.
DThe motor-end connections appear fine. Green light on both motors and board. Motor data connectors plugged into the correct board ports per the assembly instructions. I'm stumped. Back in 15.
CIs there a wiring diagram for the VKB mount adapter anywhere? I had my mount in a bad place and pinched some wires that I need to re-solder

GVPforce FFB Configurator is no longer auto switching profiles whenever i swap between aircraft in DCS. i.e. if i was flying the F-4E and then changed over to the F-14 in my next session, i now have to "alt-tab" out of the game and manually"import" the F-14 profile. It used to automatically change over ..... any ideas ???.

GYeah TelemFFB is auto switching between profiles ok but VPforce no longer is ???..
BThe configurator never had auto switching, it was always telmeffb.
GThat's strange, for the the past month up until this morning my configurator was changing profiles ???. Which was great, now i have to change the aircraft profile manually, which is no big deal as i only ever really play the same three modules..... but having the automation was nice whilst it lasted :)...
Fyou can set and adapt profiles in TelemFFB which is way better in my opinion because it changes profiles automatically.
GYeah i notice in TelemFFB that there is a configuration override option where you can adjust the spring, damper, master gain etc etc. The trouble is that i make use of a feature called "Gain map" within the configurator "effects" tab where i can adjust the spring gain curve of the "aileron" individually for instance. My preference is to generally set the pitch axis spring gain to feel stonger than the aileron axis as i prefer a lighter feel on the ailerons.
BThere's also a spot where you can select a vpconf file to load.
GYeah that's what i've been using over the past month, my understanding was that i can configure my profile to my liking in VP configurator and then tell TelemFFB to load that profile for that particulur aircraft. It's been working fine up to now, however it dosen't seem to be doing that anymore . Whatever profile i have imported in to VP Configurator is the one that it will continue to use regardless if i change my aircraft in DCS to a helicopter, WW2 bird or a jet..... i need to investigate this further and maybe try and uninstall/reinstall TelemFFB again.... somethings amiss here...
NCheck the log. If there’s an issue loading or finding the file, it will tell you.
Salso, while playing the game telemffb has to remain running, but configurator does not.

SI unplugged my vpforce for a moment as it was conflicting on a game, now i'm back flight simming and i get this and no feedback at all. i have updated telemffb, i have tried multiple planes, restarted msfs twice and started in the correct order. And reset effects
Swhen you open configurator, does it present you a selection like this? then, enter your numbers in telemffb
GYeah that was the problem, for some reason it was no longer recognising my .vpconf files in their original location. Moved them elsewhere and TelemFFB is now loading them ok..... thanks for everybodies input
