It depends on your use case though. Each R2 Bucket exists in a single region. Unless your requests are all in one region, you'd need to make more then one or just accept the bad latency. You could ctx.waitUntil and not slow down the initial PUT but the GET would always be meh. Your other option would be KV, with object caching built in but a limit of 25 MB
