Hi all, hope you're all well. I was hoping someone might be able to help me. I am moving a number of domains from NameCheap to CloudFlare and most have come across apart from a few. All of these will not allow me to change the IPS Tag at NameCheap to CLOUDFLARE. So when I spoke to their online support they said that "You need to contact the new Registrar because they need to accept the change of IPS tag on their side". Doeas anyone know who I have to contact at CloudFlare or what I have to do at all? Thank you.

Hi Leo, thanks for that. The domains are not available for transfer which is weird because I have updated the nameservers at NameCheap yet they don't seem to be reflected in CloudFlare. I changed the nameservers yesterday.

Hey everyone,

I have one domain (with Cloudflare) that is not resolving any subdomains (no A/AAAA on the domain, only using subdomains) on 2 servers I have on Contabo (in Dusseldorf ) (1 running Ubuntu server, the other FreeBSD 14). I have another server (FreeBSD 13.2) with Contabo in their New York DC and is facing the same issues.

nslookup and dig of the subdomains returns nothing, when using 1.1.1.1. When using 8.8.8.8 or 9.9.9.9 everything works as expected.

In my home (Portugal) everything resolves correctly with 1.1.1.1.

I tested other domains I own (also on Cloudflare) and have no issues.

The domain in question is .pt.pt.

Is there something happening within Cloudflare or is it a Contabo issue? Other domains resolve with 1.1.1.1 and I can also ping it.
