Hi! Which part of the ground are you curious about? The concrete slabs? I would just do 2-4 variants in Blender/whatever DCC you use, then place a few manually and duplicate them further in groups.
We have the tool Grid Scatter, but it's not quite helpful to do this type of pattern right now. This is something we want to improve fairly soon, fwiw. Ideally, you'd have the ability to offset n rows or collumns, which is perfect for this use case.

The price for the updates has not been decided yet actually, but it is gonna be lower than the perpetual license cost ofc, and it will be in line with how others in our industry price theirs! We actually created this based on how others have done it, but maybe you checked other companies than we did, please share yours if you want
If you want to use Alipay, we have a separate button/link on our pricing page, if you don't need to use Alipay, you can just use the "Select Plan" button on one of our different license options

I was thinking of dash have a sort of material layering system using the newer stuff from ue which can automatically be added to existing asset materials, so we can have more consistent material effects across props on the scene. Though not sure if its possible or valid. Hehe thanks
Hey, yee the Megascans assets from FAB are not the same as from UE-Bridge, so it ain't as simple as just moving them like you tried. But we are working on proper support for FAB/Megascans and hope to have something to share soon So stay tuned!

Right now you would have to treat it as any other custom assets, i.e, add them to your UE project and then in the Dash Content Browser, go to the Current Project tab and compute the folders there. It will give you access to CTRL drag and drop, but you won't have Material Edit or Blend Material abilities, unfortunately. No way of getting that right now
You can of course drag in and place manually assets from our Content Browser, but that it more suited when placing a few assets, not much grass/flowers on a terrain. May I ask why you don't want to scatter? Just so I understand your thinking here?
We have not built a foliage painting tool, as the UE foliage painter is quite good actually, so using that is always valid if one does not want to use scattering We do have our Physics Painter tool, but that would be more suited for Rocks etc, instead of grass/flowers
yee our Blend Material tool and Material Edit tool does not support Landscapes properly yet. But ye you can create a terrain with Dash and use Blend and Material tools on that
We have actually not shipped FAB support yet, so right now you can't add/adjust displacement through Dash on the FAB assets, only assets downloaded through the UE-Bridge plugin I am afraid!
