Hello PUBG Mobile Community, I’m reaching out here because I’ve been permanently banned from PUBG Mobile, and I believe this decision was a mistake. My account (々GHØ丂T, ID: 5457367309) was banned without any clear explanation, despite my repeated attempts to contact support. Here’s what happened: I’ve been a dedicated player for over 6 years and have always followed the rules. The ban occurred shortly after a VS AI match where I had 0 kills. Before that, I played a classic match with friends (Madkingmax, Myth Savage, and Sufi), who also received temporary bans for “playing with a cheater.” I’ve never cheated, modified files, or used unauthorized programs. I’ve contacted PUBG Mobile support multiple times, but they’ve only said my account was banned due to a “verified violation” without giving any specific details. This lack of transparency is deeply frustrating. If I had cheated, I would accept the ban—but I didn’t. I’ve invested my time, energy, and even my childhood memories into this game, and this feels incredibly unfair. I’m asking for the community’s help: If anyone has gone through a similar situation, how did you resolve it? If PUBG Mobile staff or moderators see this, please review my case and provide some clarity. I just want a fair resolution and a chance to continue enjoying the game I’ve loved for so long. Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service . Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
