I did a factory reset by importing the Rhino defaults.
I didn't do FIRMWARE default.

No worries, turn the little knob on the top of the Rhino, not the power button but the other little one.

That happened to me accidentally already a few times as well. Happens easily when turning on the device. Since then I Always check it‘s set properly.

I have VP config (two instances) and TelemFFB always open while flying DCS because I am constantly fine tuning my profiles. I doubt that this is the reason for your issues.
Do you have any other export scripts running?
