PID tune not working

I have a RatRig Vcore 3 that I just updated to RatOS 2 from V1. It was a complete refresh and flash of the boards. Got everything up and running, but when I went to do a PID tune of the hot end, it failed. I immediately noticed two things.

  1. It’s reading the Hotend as 160c, but it’s room temp.
  2. When it starts the PID tune, the temp drops.
I thought, oh it thinks a pin is reversed,… well that doesn’t make sense because they are not a polarity based pin such as a motor..

Anyone have any ideas??
