"Invalid" in update manager. Having problems keeping system updated.

I had this problem previously on this same machine. I replaced the SD card, successfully updated everything (this was about a month ago). I haven't checked the machine tab until now. It's back to Invalid and I'm unable to soft recover. Is there something else I should try or just try a new SD card again?

It shows invalid when it can't get the updates. Keep pressing the refresh button (green round arrow) and eventually it should properly show if they are out of date

It just spins, I've left it for hours and tried power cycling with no results. This is 1 of 3 identical vcore 4's sitting beside one another so I'm a bit perplexed.

Try hard refresh on the browser.
Ctrl+shift+r and refresh updates again
