Submit name in Community support

I report several bugs and contents in Community support but my account name still displaying blank in Sheet. Is there any extra step I need to do to submit my name?

Solution

You need to choose the Rewards option from https://pubgmobile.live/support to submit a status username.

Your name will only be visible when you submit reports using the same email address used to submit the form.
