Account lost and i want it back
Some days ago my phone broke in a car accident.After i repair it after 1 month i forgot the password of it and i lost it and it is my 7 year old account(i am a old player).and i am asking can i get my account back i am very sad plz do what ot takes to get my account back plz plz plz plz

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through official support subreddit with your numeric user identification and a detailed description of the issue.
