It won't ship until you pay. Wait to long, and it'll just go to next guy on the list who does.
Make sure you can receive pms for the bot, that was the first way i got notified. Email came shortly after, that's more likely due to how slow email works.
That was written in my notification mail to actually confirm the order when it was my turn: "Please note that if we do not receive your completed order form or a reply within 10 days, this preorder will be considered void." After filling out the order form it took four days then I got a notification for payment. So you have about 10 days when receiving the first notification to place the order or get in contact with Walmis.
For aerial refuelling a precise throttle is perhaps more important than the stick. I couldn't do it with any confidence until I changed to a better throttle.
Going from TM 16k to VKB Gladiator was a day and night difference as well. However, that was mostly due to the center spring being a pita in the center, where you do most of the movements for AAR.
is there a step by step guide to connecting/configuring a VKB F-14 (IV) grip with the Rhino? I've got it setup (I think) in Configurator and Loopback correctly (though there was no instruction on how to setup the Pot 1/2 Source in Loopback that I found - I assume those are set to the Rhino - are both to be turned on? Slider to the right?)
In the VKB Device Config, it's showing as a Space Gunfighter XT2 - there are no other options.
The joystick itself is working great in DCS, but the buttons on the grip aren't recognized (DCS sees it as a Space Gunfighter as well - don't know if that's an issue).
I have the WinWing F-18 grip, and it's working perfectly when connected, but I can't figure out the VKB.
Anybody using the "VPC Constellation ALPHA Prime"? I wonder how it is after using a Warthog for 10y now. I'd appreciate more buttons and axis, aswell as the movable handrest.
Yeah this was a surprise tip for me from my friends too! Once I set a slight deadzone on my Rhino and adjusted my throttle detent and throttle friction I finally got it.
hello everyone, I have a question, I just realized that I have my old ender3 3d printer and I plan to recover the meanwell which is on it to power my VPforce is what I can do to power my VPforce only rn waiting for me to finish my diy rudder MFG?
Thans for all the info and help to my previous questions, I have now picked up the Rhino of my friend, he has told me it has a F18 limiter in place and that I may need to get a limiter 3D printed that suits the Apache.
Where would I find the info on getting a limiter plate printed, I have a friend who could print one for me, 2nd question would be is there a std limiter that can cover most planes in DCS from warbirds, jets and helicopters, if so what that would be.
hey, quick question: Im getting within 30 days of my order being fulfilled and I dont remember what email I had on file for my reservation..would I get a message from the VPForce Bot when its ready?
Still having some VKB F-14 issues. It's mostly working. The weapons selector switch, however isn't. The toggle between Phoenix/Sparrow works, but none of the movement of the switch (up or down) registers.
Also, very weirdly, the trim hat works fine in the DCS controls setup, but doesn't operate the trim when I'm flying.
I've checked through my setup and I did order the correct Rhino VKB adapter (for MK IV grip), so I don't think that's it. I'm confused All of the other buttons (and the DLC axis) are working fine - just the weapons selector and the trim hat.
If you're using it for the DCS, do you need the loopback functionality ? I don't use it, so can't really help you there, but the weapons selector on the VKB grip is mechanically not a switch, but a magnetic encoder, if the loopback software gets raw data from the grip, then it won't work, as it needs to be reconverted by the VKB BlackBox.
Also got a Virpil TN this morning, but the order is technically still listed as Processing. (ordered 17 July, 11am CEST, though I did have a pair of Apache collective hats added)
