oh, since you put it that way, i guess as long as I don't try to edit it, there's no computational strain, then, right? I wasn't sure how it works (the problem with this specific one is that i've used the whole landscape to generate on, then masked with proximity to a bunch of curves - so density was up at 5 - so i wanted to get rid of the computational evidence of my ham-handedness :)) now i realize i could've just used a ghost plane to spawn these, then project onto the landscape inside the tool )
