Login problem

Hello PUBG, my account link is via Facebook and my old number no longer works. When I want to log in to it via Facebook, it logs me in but asks me for the verification code that was sent to my old number. So what is the solution so that I can log in with my account?

Solution

If you are not able to access your account because you no longer have access to the phone number, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there. Please keep in mind that you will either need to know the UID or the current username of your account to be able to submit a recovery request.

If your claim is rejected, you can submit an account recovery request through the community support form.

That's mean you must add sent verification idk what's called correctly. My suggestion is go and get your number back very simple just call your provider they guide you further actually it's not that difficult if you compare with PUBG support
