Want to change my phone number on my account because I no longer use that number and I can’t login?

So I tried login a couple of times right I forgot I enable 2 step verification and I no longer use the phone number on my account I’ve tried contacting support but they not giving me nothing good they keep saying a lot of crap

Solution

If you are not able to access your account because you no longer have access to the phone number, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there. Please keep in mind that you will either need to know the UID or the current username of your account to be able to submit a recovery request.

If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description and your numeric user identification on the official support subreddit.
