Cloudflare Registrar does not support you using anything but Cloudflare nameservers (Business plan's Custom Nameservers are just vanity names/let you have nameservers like ns1.yourdomain.com, but still are just Cloudflare DNS).
To use third party hosting, it's not required on a technical level to change your nameservers, just add a/aaaa/cname records. I'd explore if your host lets you add a custom domain/your website without changing nameservers
