Issues layering ghostty. Conflict with preinstalled fish

I'm currently having issues installing ghostty. It seems to want to download some fish completions but they already exist. Heres the error output 
error: Checkout ghostty-fish-completion-1.0.1-5.fc41.x86_64: Hardlinking ec/ae2d813fc4fb0cd3d599f76590127554df68b4594937d23afade253556f03f.file to ghostty.fish: File exists

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated
