TI haven’t watched the video but also play with static force. I do t use any balance spring and only use static force
BSame, with my z-extension and cm2 grip, only thing I've added is 6% static force on pitch.

RDCS creates a profile for each iteration of controller, for each plane and cockpit postion. It will automatically use that profile whenever DCS detects that controller is active. You will want to save these profiles, one for each device\plane somewhere you can get to them. I use a folder inside of my saved games folder for this.

Does anybody have a good setting to get the stick stiffening with increasing airspeed ?

WYeah, even the director himself delivered the grips, since he was travelling to Klaipeda. But he seemed to be in a hurry and didn't stay for a coffee

RButton mapping is specific to each sim since the commands aren’t standardized. But, among the different DCS aircraft you can load a similar set up as a template.

FI need a recommendation - I'm building monster.tech chair and will do center position stick - I have VPC constellation alpha. Do I need any extension for the VPC? And if yes, what size? Virpil offers 50mm,75mm,100mm and 200mm.

NDCS's native FFB implementation handles the dynamic spring force/stiffening in warbirds. A custom override feature for TelemFFB is in development but isn't quite ready yet.
Ryeah but that's only good for having the stick stay in the centre - if i want to it stay wheever i leave it, it doesn't work

SNatively from DCS ? I never felt it though 
SIt is but the implementation isn’t very good. It is probably made with the old weaker FFB sticks in mind and the maximum force is reached already at around 200 kts. That means you get stiffening stick during take off but not in the flight regime you actually fly and fight in those things. I think that the module makers should improve the FFB implementation in this regard. Of course it will be an excellent substitute if we get a possibility to adjust this in TelemFFB.
NI'm not aware of any warbirds where it isn't implemented. There should be no spring force on the ground, increasing with airspeed. Make sure you don't have "sticky" enabled in the spring setting in configurator, else the base will ignore what DCS is telling it.
As sysdot says, many find the native gain curves lacking.
The TelemFFB feature will allow you to define the spring gain curve across whatever speed envelope you wish.
