Cloudflare should sue them so they pay more in the sue than the savings they get due to blocking pirates website.
Also, ironically, the people pirating are not losing a single football match because they use a VPN and done.

The best part too is the evolution of this:
1. Websites unreachable, ISPs saying there were technical issues and they were investigating
2. People discover it happens at the same time as football matches and suspects it
3. LaLiga recognise blocking websites but only illegal
4. LaLiga recognises it's blocking third party websites, and opens an email to forward them to Cloudflare
5. LaLiga says Cloudflare is helping to criminals... (Previous links sent).
6. Finally some ISPs start recognising the blockings

Somewhat specific question that hopefully someone has ran into before (Enterprise support is useless, as always)...

We have enterprise Bot Management/tiered cache enabled. This means any "external" requests get a __cf_bm__cf_bm cookie for bot tracking, etc. Within the same zone (call it example.com), any requests from workers (https://example.com -> worker subrequest fetch() -> https://proxy.example.com) do not receive the __cf_bm__cf_bm cookie from the "proxy". Great!

However, if, from within the same account, we do https://example.es -> worker subrequest fetch() -> https://proxy.example.com (notice .es -> .com), that subrequest now has a __cf_bm__cf_bm cookie. That's all well and good, until you realize that tiered cache will not cache anything with a Set-Cookie header (cache status NONE). We're specifically calling the fetch() to enable tiered cache from our worker, to the reverse proxy.

Has anybody run into a similar situation? And if so, how did you work around it?

Support told us to disable the cookie for the entire zone, which basically means we no longer get bot scores or tracking for bots (according to their docs), which defeats the purpose doesn't it? Super Bot Fight Mode rules have zero effect on Bot Management related stuff (so custom WAF rules don't do anything here)

I really don't want to have to add a proxy.* subdomain to all of our domains just to work around this stupid issue
