In launchers like Modrinth or Prism just click install and you're done
On vanilla, download the mod and put the downloaded jar in the mods folder

EI kinda just deleted some files and it worked
MYou download the zip, unzip it and move the mod jar to the mods fodler like any other

MYou can change the view to per core by right clicking the graph and switching the graph to logical processes

MBacause DH is a modern program that can use every thread
MIf you wanted to use only a part of your CPU why not buy a cheaper one and use it at 100% instead?

SBecause DH is generating chunks, it will use your cpu depending on what thread preset you have selected
EI paid for the whole cpu setting
SThen what else do you expect to happen except for it to use the whole cpu lol
SIf you don't want it to use the whole cpu you need to change the setting
SBut that setting will generate chunks the fastest
