As I understand it, cloudflare only files a complaint with the relevant hosting provider, but does nothing else.

I suppose I won’t be able to find out the ip of the server itself?

and what T&S does with it depends on the circumstances. they don't just forward all reports upstream. but you shouldn't expect to ever find out what they did, customers have privacy too

the only specific thing we can tell you about what T&S will do with abuse reports is https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/terms/ (and https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/enterpriseterms/ where applicable)

I want to use Argo, it works really good with it, but I have an online gaming portal, and I don't want to enable Argo on the subdomain where we store all the gaming files.

Or there is any optimization I can do?

What Leo means is that Argo optimizes routing between the client <-> Cloudflare, as well as Cloudflare <-> Origin. Tunnels only handles routing between Cloudflare and the origin, and doesn't optimize routing the way Argo does.

Not necessarily. The fastest path isn't always the cheapest. With Argo they'll optimize routing for the fastest path, even if it means more expense to them.
