I haven't done pre-paid, I assign a card and it's automatically billed on the 13th each month for me. Payment system changed for them some odd time ago there may be some glitches still. I would assume keep your information up to date to avoid problems.

I generally just block countries because I can't afford to service like that yet but I have the few users from there compared to this being mostly USA/Canada driven with EUR in third.

Recent attacks though have just been straight 103.0.0.0 ranged addresses and blocking that affects the odd few that are cool.

Can you give the domain? I suspect it's DNS cache and you're still hitting the proxied version.

if new proxied works, but old proxied doesn't, run your original hostname through trace then and see what you hit. Could be origin rule override, worker, etc (Rules -> Trace)

I've reenabked proxy for the zotero url and there's now a warning triangle to the left "this record exposed the IP address used in the CNAME record on qkjb" (the proxied url that does work)
