Hello, I need urgent help. My PUBG Mobile account has been hacked and deleted from inside the game. Now I can't log in with my linked accounts (Facebook and Gmail).

I already sent emails to support but no fast reply yet. Please help me escalate this issue.

My account was linked to my Gmail and Facebook.

I have proof of ownership and can provide screenshots if needed.

I submitted an account recovery request two days ago through the official form. I just wanted to ask how long it usually takes to get a response, and where will I receive it? (Email or somewhere else?)

having the same problem here, i think the google forums appeal may take longer then the in-game recovery. You should receive the notification to the email you provided when completing the forum
