Hello, i lost my pubgm account. I had this account when i was little

used to go crazy on my dads credit card. I clicked on this fake uc redemption phishing link and lost my account. stopped playing for years. now im here trying to recover the account. apparently im not able to login to the account. I forgot the nickname, the uid. All i have is receipts of me buying tons of uc. Im hoping that one of you staffs can track the order id to find the account and maybe help me recover it. For further informations such as pictures etc you can dm me. Or at least tell me what i need to do because i bought tons of uc just for me losing it all. I used my dads apple id card for the payment method.

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.

it requires me to enter my uid, last time i played the game was in 2019 and i pretty much forgot everything. the uid and the nickname

It is unfortunately not possible to start the process of recovering your account without user identification and other required details. If you're unable to recover your user identification, you may need to create a new account to continue playing the game.
