My account has been hacked and I did everything I could but they rejected my recovery request

Please look into my account recovery requests carefully, I have all the data needed and submitted them all, I did a recovery request through in game recovery tool, I submitted a PUBG MOBILE Community Suport google form and I also emailed service@pubgmobile.com but nothing works, please look into it really carefully I spent so much on that account, Thank You.
